It's Tuesday, and I'm knackered already. This cold just will not go away, and if anything it got worse today. Went out on site this morning and felt reasonable (but tired!) but then we ran out of space on the memory card (almost 1400 photos on 6 and a bit buildings!) so it was back to the office. I felt steadily more spaced-out throughout the day, but I'll have to hang in there as I can't afford to keel over and go off sick just yet!!
I sent an order off to Lush on Saturday for some Retro stuff. Unfortunately, they've discontinued two of my favourite items (Bon Bain Bonnard and Kiss Me Klimt) which is a shame, because I thought that the whole point of the Retro range was to make old favourites remain available ! But... The other items more than made up for the losses. If you like Lush and haven't try any of the Retro stuff, then may I recommend Aura Suavis, Marzibain, Ice Hotel, Hollywood, Rainbow Worrier, Uluru and Fox in the Flowers. Tonight, I flaked out with Ice Hotel, and I feel better in spirit, if not in body!!
Never mind. Clocks go forward on Sunday, which means that for a couple of weeks, we'll be waking up to daylight again! But for how much longer?? The proposal had been made YET AGAIN (by residents of England) that Greenwich Mean Time gets abolished once and for all. Huh. Do they not know how demoralising it is to get up when it's dark between the months of September and March??
Let's hope sanity prevails. Or I might be tempted to vote for an independent Scotland, and that's really saying something!
