It's been a bit hectic over the last couple of days, but everything should be back to normal now.

I've spent the last couple of days working in a place which was just like my old chemistry lab from school.  After it had been visited by the zombie cast of 28 days later and left to endure a nuclear winter for three decades or more.  It's been a pain in the neck to record - I spent most of the morning writing up a fume cupboard..,

And it's not over yet.

Tonight, I went horse-riding.  I was absolutely knackered, so I just stayed in walk and worked on my leg position.  Turns out my left leg is now perfect, but my right leg keeps creeping up and it seems I've developed a slght list to the left.  I'm now working to correct this.

My partner for the evening was Indy, She's not very supple, but the exercise, to keep turning down the centre line and change the rein, seemed to help her as much as it helped me.  We stayed in walk, as I just couldn't bring myself to crank up the pace.  Indy is ewe-necked and very short in the back, but she was beginning to try and stretch out by the end of the half-hour.

Then, at the end, I noticed she had a nosebleed.

I've never see this in a horse before.  It's a bit unnerving.  But I'm assured it was probably just a burst capilliary and nothing much to worry about.

I'm going to sign off now.  It's been a hard couple of days.  I hope to catch up with everyone's news soon!
