Doing My Head In...

Today I was going to bring you lots of pretty pictures of the Bishop's Palace in Narbonne. But...

I can't.

Photobucket won't let me upload, and LJ is - similarly - playing silly b*****s.  I don't know if it's something to with my browser settings, or the speed of my Broadband - Virgin wants us to upgrade to super-duper fast for a vastly over inflated price, and whilst I didn't see the point of doing so, I'm beginning to wonder if that's the reason why everything keeps crashing.  My anti-virus seems to be working fine, and I just don't see why the system here is beginning to act like a geriatric horse that's well on its way to the knacker-man.

So sorry if things are boring.  I'll be tinkering over the weekend to see if things improve, but I'm really beginning to lose my patience, especially with Photobucket, which won't even let me delete unwanted images and edit the ones which I've already uploaded.

Perhaps I'll have to go for paid accounts on both Photobucket and LJ, though to be honest, my budget doesn't allow for this right now! 

In the meantime, the annual butterfly count on the buddleia is:

1 small tortoiseshell.

Not good.  Not good at all....
