Ooh!! Neil 'Because I'm Worth It' Oliver is fronting a new series on A History of Ancient Britain, starting NOW!!! 

Okay, so he still looks like he's in danger of walking into a stray lamp-post (as viewers of They Think It's All Over will recall) but I am of course eager to see what he has to say.  And, of course, I'm curious to see which experts will be wheeled on over the next few weeks.

I'm guessing Mike Parker Pearson, Alison Sheridan and perhaps even Richard Bradley will make an appearance....

Sigh.  I guess Simon Schama's on the backburner on Wednesday evenings over the next couple of weeks.
