Not at all! The only reason why I flog myself half to death on the bike is so that I can enjoy relatively guilt-free mochas and cakes.
[The battle against middle aged spread is, however, being lost... I still can't bring myself to ride my road bike in case it's embarrassed to be seen with me!)
