They already tried that with the Vikings. And it didn't cut any ice with me!!
Not even Pompeii changed my mind - and I've just had to put up with yet another pro-Caeser lecture from my pro-Roman husband over dinner.
Gawd, ever since The Boss loaned him The Gallic Wars, he's become an acolyte of Big J. What have I done to deserve this??
